Report a broken upload, an incorrect result, a privacy concern, or a factual issue in our documentation.

Email support

Email support@aimusicdetect.com and include the page URL, what you expected, and what happened.

For a purchase issue, include only the Creem order ID shown on your receipt. Never send a license key, card details, or private audio.

Public bug reports

Non-sensitive technical problems can also be reported in the project's GitHub issue tracker.

Do not attach private audio.

For a detection problem, share the file type, approximate size, and error text. Only share an audio link if it is public and you are authorized to distribute it.

Response expectations

This is a small beta project, so response times are not guaranteed. Security and privacy reports are prioritized over feature requests.
